PPI Claim

You need to make a complaint to your lender about the PPI included on your loan and explain why you believe it was mis sold. They have a specific time to investigate and respond to your PPI claim. They will either accept or reject your PPI claim. Do you know what is a fair offer though? If they do not accept your PPI claim then you need to report them to the Financial Ombudsman Service but be they will only assist you if you have followed the correct protocol and the lender was regulated at the time. They will make a decision and hopefully you will get a pay out.
