What is Housing Disrepair?
Your landlord has a legal obligation to maintain the structure and exterior of your property, and ensure that it is in a good state of repair. They are also required to make sure you have access to heating, safe electrical wiring, hot water and a fully operational plumbing system.
Should they have failed in their responsibility to fulfill that obligation, despite you reporting legitimate faults and giving them opportunity to rectify them, you may have a case to claim for housing disrepair.

You do not need to use our services to make a claim against your landlord. You can do this yourself directly with the landlord and even if they reject your claim you can still take this to the Housing Ombudsman Service https://www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk/.
